1. Provider is obliged:
1.1 To provide Customer registration in the system.
1.2 To provide Customer the Service in accordance to regular charge amount present in time on the account of Customer.
1.3 24/7 provide proper working of Customer’s web-site(s).
1.4 To keep the confidential information received from Customer in process of registration in secret.
1.5 Provider is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, harm and losses caused by:
1.6 defects in software and hardware supplies that do not belong to Provider
1.7 connection interruptions which Provider is unable to control
1.8 caused by force major reasons

2. Customer is obliged:

2.1 To pay the hosting service charges in time, control contents of his website including information received by e-mail, forums and other publications.
2.2 It is forbidden to place materials that popularize violation, drugs, racial discrimination, porn content with children, animals and dead bodies, websites that urge to violent rights of other persons, contents that violate laws of USA LA state and international laws.
2.3 Websites dedicated to hacking, cracks, viruses, bots, serial numbers and unlicensed music are forbidden as well.
2.4 Customer is obliged not use his server(s) for mailing spam, as a PROXY server and for placing IRC resources and chats.

3. Service charges and service discontinue

3.1 The Service must be paid by Customer in the terms mentioned in the chosen bandwidth plan after the pre-paid term is over.
3.2 If the Service is not paid during the terms of service Provider if free to discontinue the service and remove Customer’s site(s) without notice if the service is not paid in 72 hours term after the service has been discontinued.
3.3 In a case Customer discontinues the Service on his own before prepaid term is over none of the paid money will be refunded.
3.4 The Service discontinued for the reason of Rules violation will be continued only by a letter on the name of the president of the company with attached scanned ID’s of the person on who the order has been made or documents ensuring registration of the Customer company. Provider can refuse to continue the Service on his own, without explaining the reasons for his decision.
3.5 If satisfying Customer’s wish to continue Service discontinued after Rules violation, in a case of another rules violation Provider will stop the Service without giving another chance to the Customer to continue it.
